Track frames

Additive Manufacturing (LPBF)

Aluminium and titanium frames built layer by layer with laser powder bed fusion, in geometries that machining or welding cannot produce.

Road frames

Carbon-Fibre Composites

Monocoque frames in T700 to T1100 fibre, laid up over EPS foam mandrels in our own dies and moulds and cured in high-pressure autoclaves.

Aerodynamics

Developed in a Wind Tunnel

Prototypes are tested at IIT Kanpur's National Wind Tunnel Facility, measuring how frame and fork shapes behave in real airflow, then refined against our CFD simulations.
